I liked the time in this property. The hotel was nice with favourable and prime location near Roanoke, VA, airport, and the center.

It has prime, favourable setting, close to airport and major highways and the valley and surrounding area. Besides, we thoroughly enjoyed the lake, located within 75 mins walk of the hotel: )

I really enjoyed the hotel, it's quiet and the location is good in the center. All of the staff was wonderfully friendly and affable.

Really comfortable experience there. Reasonably large and stocked units with a king bed and bedrooms, as example, and exceptional staff.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the valley and surrounding area and the airport as a basic clean place to sleep. I loved the room with a king bed, the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful...

Check-in was fast and the staff were nice and accommodating. The TV in the room was good and the bed was fine.

Everything from the walls, elevators, carpets, and bathroom sinks were beat up, dirty, and smelled revolting. The bedsheets were burned with cigarettes and the bathroom fixtures were broken.

The room was brand-new and reasonably large with coffee, a carpet and an iron.

The hotel was absolutely great with extremely friendly staff and a good location in the center. Easy check-in, parking on site. Clean pool.

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location of Carla Inn & Suites. It's just minutes away from highway 581, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The staff was incredibly friendly and always engaged in interesting conversations. Despite being an older hotel, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and hygienic, with protective covers on mattresses and sealed box springs. Plus, having a laundromat on-site was a huge bonus for us. Carla Inn & Suites offered great value for the money and provided a pleasant stay during our travels.

Felt right at home here, absolutely nothing to complain about.

We booked a king size bed and received a room with two doubles. Very disappointed.

Good strictly budget hotel. Good to stay the night and catch cheap bus in the morning to go to blacksburg. Free airport to & fro shuttle is good

We really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at Carla Inn & Suites. They provided great conversation and even offered counseling when needed. The 24-hour availability of coffee in the lobby and coffee pot in the room was a nice touch.

We felt quite safe during our stay and have no complaints about Carla Inn & Suites.

They took us and all our animals as evacuees from Irene and did not charge us extra for the critters. Such a nice family and they treat us like one of them. Although this place is more like a high-class hostel than a hotel, we'd been there before and knew what to expect. You cannot beat their prices but the place is a bit hard to find and not for everyone (great for the dogs and cats though). They have built new shopping near there and the entrance to the Blue Ridge is close.

Reasonably clean, friendly and helpful housekeeping. The advertised wi-fi failed to work in the room no matter what I did---but it worked fine in the lobby. Altogether about what I expected for the price. I'd stay there again.
