Location and price. Great staff. Friendly and helpful
Seemed kind ghetto in terms of the people that stay there.
We booked a king size bed and received a room with two doubles. Very disappointed.
Good strictly budget hotel. Good to stay the night and catch cheap bus in the morning to go to blacksburg. Free airport to & fro shuttle is good
Reasonably clean, friendly and helpful housekeeping. The advertised wi-fi failed to work in the room no matter what I did---but it worked fine in the lobby. Altogether about what I expected for the price. I'd stay there again.
They took us and all our animals as evacuees from Irene and did not charge us extra for the critters. Such a nice family and they treat us like one of them. Although this place is more like a high-class hostel than a hotel, we'd been there before and knew what to expect. You cannot beat their prices but the place is a bit hard to find and not for everyone (great for the dogs and cats though). They have built new shopping near there and the entrance to the Blue Ridge is close.
Poor , service, poor , maintenance, facilities were sub par, hotel room was not comfortable or clean.
It was cheap and near the airport
Thw breakfast wasn't very nice and the staff didn't seem to have great english...
Room was not clean and surroundings were somewhat scarce.
We had bugs in the bath room
very old, poor state
The price and location were the main attraction and the price was fair for the accomodations.
I have done a lot of travelling and have stayed in some interesting places. As a result, I was fine with the hotel, however, young single women may feel uncomfortable at this location. The hotel was relatively clean but old and in need of major rennovations. The hotel shuttle was rather old and also in need of repair. Also, I reserved a non-smoking, King room and was given a non-smoking two twin room.
It was close to the airport in Roanoke, va
No printer to print my boarding pass. Coffee pot was moldy.
Dirty beyond belief....imagine a flop house for drug users
